年会轮值主席国代表(巴西财长)曼特加称，每个国家都应该根据自身情况采取相应措施。他认为俄罗斯呼吁建立G20条约是个“有趣”的选择。该条约被指与规定了欧盟成员国财政目标的《马斯特里赫特》条约类似。
