Pre-task:

animals

the text by guessing riddles and
having a competition

教学反思：

在本课的预先设计中，尤其是课件设计上，采用从资源网上下载一些学生感兴趣的课件，引发学生的学习兴趣，调动了学生的英语学习积极性。同时，能完成既定教学任务，起到锻炼学生语言综合能力的目标，尤其是口语。课堂上，体现二期课改以学生为主体的目的。

当然，在今后合理适当的调动好学生的活跃气氛上，还应继续努力。同时，任务的布置上要注重层层推进。

说课稿

一、说教学内容：

《新世纪英语》八年级第一学期第三单元第二课What Animal Are you?的第一课时，通过两个学生的对话，来讨论十二属相及相关人物的个性特征

二、说教学目标：

通过本节课的学习，要求学生熟练掌握相关的词汇与句型;对十二属相有初步的了解;并能学会谈论各属相相关人物的性格特征;激发学生热爱祖国悠久的历史文化，学做一个对社会有用之人。

三、说学生：

本堂课的对象为八年级学生。他们接触新世纪教材已有两年多的时间，因此他们对该教材有一定的了解。从学生的现有的认知水平出发(口语能力较薄弱)，设计形式多样的任务与活动，着重培养学生的语言的综合运用能力，达到“学以致用”的目的。

四、说教学方法：

在本堂课的实施过程中，采用 “任务型”教学途径，渗透了以学生为主体、教师为主导、师生互动的教学理念。鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，发展学生的听、说、读、写的技能, 培养他们使用英语的综合能力，在这过程中培养学生自主学习的能力。同时关注每一个学生及他们的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。发展学生跨文化交际意识及能力，注重学生的全面发展及终身发展。

五、说教学步骤几设计：

本堂课以“任务型”教学为基本依据，用热身训练(Warming-up)、任务前活动(Pre-task activities)、任务中活动(While-task activities)及中心任务(Post-task)这些任务环(Task-cycle)来设置教学步骤。教学内容从易到难、环环紧扣;活动任务由浅入深、逐步提高。

①导课：以歌曲狮子王的主题曲为热身训练来激发学生的学习热情，并以歌曲中的动物为素材进入本课话题。

②开课：以猜谜语的任务活动形式呈现十二属相，以比赛猜动物年的方式加深对十二属相的了解。然后在学生预习的基础上导入词汇、句型的学习，为理解课文打好基础，并引导学生用相关形容词及句型表述相关人物的性格特征，为下面任务的完成埋下伏笔。
